Freight rates change daily based on carrier capacity, fuel prices, port congestion, and currency movements. Publishing fixed rates would either mislead you with stale numbers or force us to pad quotes to cover risk. A live custom quote guarantees you the most competitive rate available at the moment you ship.
For standard shipments, our team responds within 24 hours. For complex or multi-leg shipments requiring carrier negotiations, allow up to 48 hours. Quotes are valid for 7 days from issue date unless otherwise stated.
We itemise everything — freight, origin charges, destination charges, customs fees, and any surcharges — in your quote. The only charges that can arise after booking are those caused by inaccurate cargo information, port demurrage, or unexpected customs examination, which fall under the Client's responsibility per our Terms of Service.
Yes. Clients with regular shipping volumes can negotiate contracted rates and priority capacity under our Enterprise tier. Contact us to discuss your annual volumes and we'll build a rate agreement tailored to your trade lanes.
We accept bank wire transfers (SWIFT/SEPA), and credit terms are available for vetted clients. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date by default. Enterprise clients may negotiate extended terms as part of their rate agreement.
