Built in Giza.
Working Worldwide.

We started with a small team and a specific problem. Four years later we're still solving it — just for a lot more clients.

Where we came from

AMA4EXPORT started in 2022 in a small office in Giza with two freight specialists and a clear frustration: Egyptian manufacturers and agricultural exporters had competitive products, but the logistics of getting them to market was opaque, inconsistent, and expensive. Customs agents would vanish mid-shipment. Carriers would quote one rate and invoice another. Nobody called when something was delayed.

We built the company to fix that. The first three clients came through personal referrals — a textile manufacturer in 10th of Ramadan City moving goods to Riyadh, and two agricultural exporters shipping to Rotterdam. We stayed close to those shipments, answered every question, and made sure nothing got lost in the process.

That approach — treating each shipment like it's the only one on our books — is how we've grown. Not through aggressive sales, but through clients who ship again, and then refer someone else. Today we manage over 5,000 shipments across sea, air, and road, but the way we operate hasn't changed much from those early days in Giza.

How we got here

Four years of incremental, unglamorous progress.

2022

Founded in Giza

Two-person operation. First clients were textile and agricultural exporters moving goods to the Gulf and the Netherlands. All acquired through personal referrals.

2023

Lanes, HQ, and customs in-house

Established FCL and LCL partnerships, opened European lanes to Rotterdam and Hamburg, moved to 360 Al Haram Street, and built our own customs brokerage team after seeing too many shipments delayed by third-party agents.

2024

Air freight & Sub-Saharan expansion

Formalised air freight partnerships through Cairo International, launched dedicated shipment tracking for all clients, and expanded actively into Sub-Saharan African trade lanes.

2025

5,000 shipments and counting

Surpassed 5,000 managed shipments. Agent network now covers 80+ countries. Still answering the phone ourselves.

Mission & Vision

Mission

Take the complexity out of moving goods.

Not just the paperwork — the uncertainty, the waiting, the chasing. Every client should feel like they have a full logistics department behind them, even when they don't. We exist to provide that, without the overhead.

Vision

The go-to export partner for businesses in Africa and the Middle East.

Companies operating in this region that want reliable access to global markets shouldn't need to build their own logistics operation. We want to be the team they call instead — and the team that actually picks up.

Four things we don't compromise on

These aren't aspirational. They're how we've operated since 2022.

01

We call first.

If something changes with your shipment — a delay, a customs hold, a rate adjustment — you hear it from us before you have to ask. We don't wait for you to chase us down.

02

Quotes don't grow.

What we quote is what you pay. We itemise everything upfront. Extra charges only arise from cargo discrepancies or factors genuinely outside our control — and we flag those before they hit an invoice.

03

One contact, full responsibility.

You don't get handed off between departments. The person who books your shipment follows it through. No re-explaining yourself to three different people when something needs attention.

04

We prefer referrals.

Most of our clients came through word of mouth or a second shipment after the first one went well. That's the metric we actually care about — and the one that keeps us honest.
